I’m a fruit proprietor at Code Blue Systems, a manner software outgrowth shop.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with AGENTE?
We have a few different software systems they worked on. Our organisation works with existing data-intensive programs, and we needed the designs to be able to localize and view data within the same screen.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were responsible for?
AGENTE built the UX/UI design for our different systems, all from scratch. Some of the work implicated replacing old software, but for the most part, it meant edifice a smoother and present experience. For the UX ingredient, we gave them a uneven draft of specific wireframes, which they based their work off of.
Was there a dedicated team?
At times, we had a project director and 4–5 developers.
How did you come to work with AGENTE?
We establish AGENTE when we were researching design studios.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We’ve invested between $150,000–$500,000.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
We began the work with AGENTE in January 2018. We are finishing up and should be done by the end of August.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
AGENTE took pages with a big quantity of data and information and made them lighter. They’re now easy to work with.
How did AGENTE accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
The team at AGENTE was phenomenal. They are excellent at managing projects and making sure that all is completed. We used Figma as our collaboration and interaction tool. We also used email and Skype as needed.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
They were ready to work with us, even if it meant changing their processes to match ours.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
No. During big projects, there are always going to be adjustments, but it was big.
Do you have any advice for possible mannerers?
Have a clear vision and prepare information going into the project. This helps them have a picture of what they need.
