BookBandit is a web and mobile app for aggregating textbook prices from nationally recognized vendors (Chegg, Barnes &, Noble, Textbooks.com + more). Appreneurial helped with the entire project- from start to finish. During its peak, BookBandit was recognized by Google, NBC 10 News, and won Tech Startup of The Year for the state of Delaware. Along with BookBandit’s proprietary API algorithm and backend, BookBandit had a
flawless UX/UI. Some of the technologies used include Javascript, MongoDB, Angular, NodeJS, and Express. The mobile app was developed using the Ionic framework. Although Appreneurial had a vested interest, the Founder of BookBandit parted ways due to another venture capturing his full attention.
