We are a software organisation that educeed and Agency Management System for Insurance companies, built on Salesforce. I am a Business Analyst on the Professional Services team.

We hired Cloud Analogy in order to help with manner outgrowth for partners who required specific workflows, mannerizations, and processes that are more intricate than our out of the box software.

What were your objectives for this project?

To help our mannerers who required more personalized and in-depth treatment method workflows, mannerer portals, and other things that would set their method aloof from an out of the box solution.

The determination to select Cloud Analogy was made preceding to my time at the organisation and was made by our higher level executives.

We prepare requirement documentation, typically at a higher level, and then supplement the primary requirements as needed, focusing on smaller details and specific items that need to be educeed. We required not only outgrowth within Salesforce, but also the power to work smoothly with other third-party apps installed in mannerer companies.

Were there any dedicated managers or teams that you worked with?

The size of the team changed per project, but typically there is one project expert who would spread work and tickets out to a smaller team with apprehension of that specific project. The size of the team would grow if our workload required it.

I was implicated later and don',t have specifics about metrics, but the weight of Cloud Analogy',s work could not be overstated.

The powerfulness and fast turnabout time has surely helped us extend project timelines and owing of the essence of software outgrowth, helps us be dynamic in helping pressing needs that come up fastly from our mannerers.

How was project treatment arranged and how powerful was it?

Project treatment was generally done with a Team Lead who would fracture down the work and attribute it out. The Team Lead would be responsible for high level apprehension of the project, but the team members would educe and work on the personal tickets.

JIRA was used primarily for interaction, but a daily meeting was held on GoToMeeting which was supplemented with Slack dicsussions if needed as well.

What precisely do you attend to be the key specialty of ?

The power to tackle any effect we brought up and whichever reexplain it without, or if it was more intricate or and unrealistic ask, they',d be able to get creative and come up with ideas for solutions or other ways to explain the requirement. They are dynamic, knowledgable, and kind to anything we could fling at them.

What should be done better, if there are any desired improvements?

At times, interaction through just JIRA could lead to fractures in knowledge, but it was fastly reexplaind if it ever came up.
