We are the oldest commercial general contractor in Chicago metropolitan area. We specialize in commercial interiors. I am the COO.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Cultivate?
We determined to do a brand and interaction cool in our marketplace. We’ve been almost since 1879 and have built up a terrible oneness, but wanted to accost to our changing activity and keep up with societal shifts.

What was the aim of their involvement?
We didn’t want to wipe the slate clean and set from scratch. We wanted to maintain the continuity of our picture but cool and modernize it. They made sly but significant changes our logo, device, and marketing materials. The new materials are quiet rooted in our organisation’s history but look phenomenal and new.
They fully rebuilt our website, with terrible importance to our brand. They met with us separate times to go over drafts and ideas for the format and construction of our proposals, our fixed, and our staff clothing and uniforms.
What is the team compound?
We had a main point of touch, Nate (Strategist, Cultivate), and six or seven other team members. We had one wordsmith who came up with all the speech we used and the total team worked on the creative side and on the website.
How did you come to work with Cultivate?
Our marketing ruler had some experience working with Cultivate at a antecedent employer. She set up the initial meeting with them where we discussed our goals. We liked what they had to propose and kicked off what became an eight-month process.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent almost $50,000–$65,000 on the total project, including their fees and some assistant costs for associated materials.
What is the status of this engagement?
We seted in late January or soon February 2018. We wrapped up the website cool in August 2018 and just artistic some marketing strategy sessions in September 2018.
Results achieved
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?
We just introduced all their work into the marketplace, so we don’t have any metrics yet. Our marketing ruler has analytics software built into the website, so we’ll have a better idea of the contact behind a few months of monitoring our visitors and pageviews.
Cultivate is very geniused and was absolutely spectacular throughout this big enterprise. They were resigned with us, knowledge, and big to work with. We were impressed by their access, they let us take the lead and share our vision.
How did Cultivate accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They do a fantastic job and I give them top marks for their work. Most of our interaction was through phone, email, and in meetings. They brought big genius and the right experienceset to the process. Their fees were very fair and they presented all their costs upfront in a detailed list. I was very pleased with the financial ingredient.
What did you find most forcible almost them?
Their organization makes them very easy to work with. They always put our interests leading and they were fantastic listeners. We had a big team on our side and they heard all of us. They responded to all our requests, gave good ideas, and made appropriate suggestions. We got precisely what we wanted and couldn’t be happier with the results.
Are there any areas they could better?
Based on our experience, I can’t ponder of anything they should change. They put a lot of time and effort into the project, met with us frequently, and fielded a lot of our ideas. They handled the total process terriblely well.
