I am an advisor for Ready.One, an internet of things (IoT) organisation. We have a technology platform that addresses IoT matters for commercial and industrial clients.

We contracted with Davinci Virtual Office Solutions to localize their possible receptionist and possible labor labors.

What particular tasks were responsible for?

Davinci Virtual prepares receptionists and possible labors for us in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. We had a very straightadvanced training session. It’s excellently single for them to take the interaction, take down a name, and advanced it to the appropriate individual within the organisation. Once that is done, we hand the interaction to our engineers to then converse with the nation inquiring. Davinci Virtual prepares other voicemail and email labors, as well.

We have at smallest 7–8 receptionists in the United States, but our teams in Mexico and Canada are a bit smaller. We connect with a project director when true.
