[We are] a medical coding software organisation. We form and support software that',s used by hospitals and consultants to accomplish the medical coding office. We',re almost 10 years old, and we began from scratch.

Desired goal
Could you draw the business challenge that you were trying to address with EffectiveSoft?
We needed to educe software that we could get to market fast, and do it at as low cost as practicable, while quiet having a condition fruit. How did you come to work with EffectiveSoft?

What is the status of this project?
The solution is live. We released that fruit, but we last to evolve and maintain the application for our users. We formd another kindred solution that is a Web Services-based solution, and EffectiveSoft has been a key participant in that educement effort as well.

Could you share any statistics, metrics or user feedback from this project?
I don',t have any hard metrics to share, but one of the key bits of feedback that I',ve accepted, and skilled myself, is that we veritably liked working with EffectiveSoft owing they',re nimble partners. We don',t simply hand them requirements or designs and then they silently instrument them and then fling it back over the wall. There',s excellently a bit of back and forth with them. English was not their leading speech as they',re based out of Belarus, so there was some speech difficulties sometimes, but mainly that was limited to oral interaction. It was a pliant harder to apprehend them when we did phone calls with them. That',s probably why they forceed written interaction so much, but that',s OK owing their written interaction was excellent. Their English was very good.
What advice, if any, would you propose to a forthcoming client of theirs?
I would say you need to be snug doing things through moment messaging, and whatever case tracking, and requirement systems and so forth. I ponder relying on those systems is good not only owing of the speech gap, but also from a tracking perspective, to make sure that the interaction is documented and easily reviewed by everybody. I can',t force that sufficient. The documentation is a big deal.
