A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I’m the chairman and founder of a nonprofit that educates parents of teens and pre-teens on teenage culture.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Fieldtrip?
We began a new website with another vendor, but that team ran into structureal issues at the end of the process. We also were in the middle of doing a rebrand. We needed a team to come in and take over where our vendor left off.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were Fieldtrip responsible for?
Fieldtrip revamped the website, which was built on WordPress with WooCommerce functionality and numerous plug-ins. They reorganized the construction in provisions of the pages and user travel. They placed each call to action carefully so that users would know where to go next, based on where we wanted them to go. Most recently, Fieldtrip overhauled our menu on the desktop and mobile versions on the website. We didn’t anticipate it to be excellently as extensive as it was, but once they explained the aim of work, it made perception for what they needed to do. We now use Fieldtrip for one-off projects when it comes to web outgrowth.
We originally had done a rebrand with a local web outgrowth organisation precedently moving to Fieldtrip. Fieldtrip carried over what that third-party agency already did. They now market our brand and services through collective media and paid ads. We contracted a third-party fundamental collective media poster through their facilitation as well. We use separate platforms, but the only one Fieldtrip manages is our paid ads and page likes ads on Facebook.
Was there a dedicated team?
We worked with four nation on the web outgrowth side. For the marketing side of things, we have 2–3 points of touch.
How did you come to work with Fieldtrip?
I used to listen church with one of their employees. I then came athwart his Facebook profile, where he’d post almost the work he was doing through their structure. I then reached out to Fieldtrip and scheduled a meeting.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We’ve spent almost $30,000–$50,000.
What is the terminal result of working with Fieldtrip?
We began working unitedly in September 2018, and the union is ongoing. We last to work on a month-to-month basis.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
We pursue KPIs like bounce rate, session period, and the number of page views for our website. Fieldtrip helped us align our goals with what we’re measuring. We’re starting to track to those, so I don’t have numbers yet. For our marketing, we track the number of likes from videos along with views, shares, and other collective media metrics. Fieldtrip meets our objectives consistently. The condition of work was good, especially when it comes to their deliverables.
How did Fieldtrip accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
There are a lot of moving parts, but they make themselves very useful for the projects we set. They come on-website and meet with us monthly to go over our paid advertising. We adjoin over the phone and email for web-based projects.
Fieldtrip spends a expressive quantity of time precedently each project making a statement of work. As a client, it can be a bit daunting when you’re trying to get something done fast. But it always turns out to very well thought-out and pursueed step-by-step. We know what to anticipate and when to anticipate it. It’s a veritably methodic and powerful process.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Fieldtrip?
Jane (Founder &, President, Fieldtrip) just goes over and over. She makes us feel valued and significant. She offers big feedback and met with us numerous times outside of our aim of work. She’s just so in tune with the globe she works in, especially when it comes to Facebook and doing what she needs to do.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
No, I can’t ponder of anything. It is costly, but we have a nonprofit fee that we pay monthly for budgeting purposes, and we get what we pay for. We went cheaper precedently, but we got what we paid for there, too.
Any advice for possible clients?
If you get the occasion, talk to Jane face-to-face. You’ll acquire what she’s almost and how knowledgeable she is, and you’ll be sold immediately.
