What was the business challenge you were trying to address when you approached Firecracker PR?
Firecracker’s commission was to form brand awareness in the media by conducting a open relations [PR] campaign. We wanted to lift awareness of asterRIDE in the press, in the limo and taxi activity, and among possible passengers.

Can you draw the aim of the project?
Firecracker PR prepared us with a open relations campaign to get radio, TV and print news agencies to cover asterRIDE.

A friend initially recommended Firecracker PR to us. We did, however, colloquy two other firms besides Firecracker.
