I work for Pivot3. We’re a midsize high-tech organisation, and I’m the VP of interactions and HR.

What challenge were you trying to address with Idea Grove?

The organisation was in the time of expressive growth, and we expanded their responsibilities excellently a bit since then. Overall, they handled our complete interactions program.

What particular tasks were Idea Grove responsible for?

They helped us handle a difference of things from throwing to reflection leadership, article creation, assign submissions, and speaking submissions. They helped fetch Pivot3 to the forefront. We contend with some big tech companies, so having some mindshare in the media is very significant, and they were able to help execute that.

They handled all from writing press releases, to putting them out on the wire, to throwing articles and news to members of the media to engender articles almost our business. They also helped us write byline articles. They researched and submitted speaking opportunities for us so we could get executives in front of our audiences at big trades shows. We wanted our technology to be recognized for different assigns, and they handled that.

They also handled our collective media program al the way through. They wrote all of our collective media full and handled it completely on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. We have an inner program for employees that share posts, and they shared that full on their collective media networks, which extended our extend excellently a bit.

We had very detailed KPIs and metrics, that we tracked each region. This included, share and engagement on collective media, share of tone among competitors, opportunities to see, and I don’t have the exact numbers on me, but they’ve always accomplishd or exceeded the metrics we put forth each region. Even when our organisation wasn’t generating a lot of news, they establish creative ways to keep our organisation at the forefront.

We would track our media mentions and contend them to the mentions from our major competitors, and we always had almost the same. Considering that these competitors are more well-known than us, that was a huge indicator.

How did Idea Grove accomplish from a project handlement standpoint?

We have weekly meetings with them, just to touch base and track what’s going on. We didn’t use any tools, but they would fit monthly reports, and a big regionly wrap-up that included metrics, then they shared them on PowerPoint. They were always advantageous whenever we emailed or named, even on weekends or holidays.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Idea Grove?

They can do a lot with a pliant. They had to be veritably creative on story ideas, and they did a big job. There were times when we didn’t have any press releases, and we weren’t generating a lot of full that they could throw to the media.

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?

It would be nice to have a collaboration tool. We never had any issues, but that could help.

When working with any agency, it’s significant to sit down and meet with them. It’s advantageous to work with nation you like, who fit your culture, and apprehend what you’re trying to accomplish.
