Introductory information

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I currently work for the number one privately held sports alimentation organisation in the globe. We distribute pre- and post-workout sports alimentation fruits to all countries. I’m the vice chairman of information technology.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with itexico?

We’ve used them for multiple projects at two companies, but the main drive of each fruit and gate we work on unitedly is to better our clients’ user experience.

Provided solution

What was the aim of their involvement?

Prior to this position, I worked for a big garage door manufacturer. We worked with itexico to create an iPad app and client gate to help clients get the information they needed. When I switched companies, I brought them with me to work on correspondent issues. Customers had difficulty paying their bills online or looking up preceding invoices or purchase orders. We worked with them to better interaction with our clients on both the distribution side and our direct sales.

We’re currently edifice a gate that will better the point of sale process. The new gate will come with a touchscreen adviser that allows clients to review fruits and make selections based on their personal needs. We’re also working with them on a bill of materials program to better the cost standard with our contract manufacturers.

Other projects include betterments to our new fruit releases, client surveys for more appropriate fruits to educe, work on our Shopify platforms to help our frontend educeers, and tradeshow simulations for beverage distribution. We’ve innately eliminated our web educement team in permission of itexico, and they support Java, .NET, Xamarin, iOS, Android, Ruby on Rails, and a number of other technologies.

What is the team compound?

I currently work with a team of 14–15 nation athwart different projects, but the team size varied over my relationship with them.

How did you come to work with itexico?

I was looking for a nearshore provider in 2010 and interviewed separate companies. itexico was very little at the time, but they were efficient and professional. I worked with them on a daily basis, and, as I mentioned, I brought them with me when I changed companies.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent almost $800,000 with them at my last organisation. Between all the projects we have lined up, we will likely bestow between $600,000–$800,000 here.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working unitedly at the other organisation almost 2010. They were very little in the commencement, but we ramped up with them until they became a part of our IT section. When I changed companies, they joined me here in October 2018. The project is ongoing, and we hope to propel in March 2019.

Results achieved

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?

At the last organisation, we won awards for the educement they granted. They made a expressive separation to our purchasing, fruit educement, sales section, and client relations. We began little, with only a few nation using it, and it eventually became the main office of the complete organisation. Ultimately, we had 8,000 client logins see day. We haven’t propeled the new fruit at this organisation yet, but we hope that it will befit as integral here.

How did itexico accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

I’m very pleased with their interaction. We use Jira for a ticketing method, and they’re lucky to adjoin through any channel that works for us. We used Skype at my antecedent organisation, but we switched to Glip here. We have a daily scrum call, and they’re very adaptive.

They always liberate on time and are very good almost noting anything out of aim. We can change timelines or move things to different phases, and they always stay focused and liberate.

What did you find most forcible almost them?

They are a bona fide associate, and we attend them a part of our IT team. I can go to their offices in Guadalajara and work with them, or I can fetch them to me. They orient almost a long-term relationship and are a reliable asset.

Are there any areas they could better?

No, not veritably. They have a client cabinet each year, and they ask client input on things they could better. Year over year, they take those suggestions to core and make changes. They fix whatever we fetch up.
