I currently work for the number one privately held sports alimentation organisation in the globe. We distribute pre- and post-workout sports alimentation fruits to all countries. I’m the vice chairman of information technology.

What challenge were you trying to address with itexico?

We’ve used them for multiple projects at two companies, but the main drive of each fruit and gate we work on unitedly is to better our clients’ user experience.

What was the aim of their involvement?

Prior to this position, I worked for a big garage door manufacturer. We worked with itexico to create an iPad app and client gate to help clients get the information they needed. When I switched companies, I brought them with me to work on correspondent issues. Customers had difficulty paying their bills online or looking up preceding invoices or purchase orders. We worked with them to better interaction with our clients on both the distribution side and our direct sales.

We’re currently edifice a gate that will better the point of sale process. The new gate will come with a touchscreen adviser that allows clients to review fruits and make selections based on their personal needs. We’re also working with them on a bill of materials program to better the cost standard with our contract manufacturers.

Other projects include betterments to our new fruit releases, client surveys for more appropriate fruits to educe, work on our Shopify platforms to help our frontend educeers, and tradeshow simulations for beverage distribution.
