A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I’m the VP of Marketing for a completesale and specialty insurance distributor. We interact with insurance carriers to fetch sole, niche products to market and propose mass distribution.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Magnani?
I hired them to conduct a brand investigation study to measure both our organisation’s brand awareness as well as our competitors’. Using the data they granted, I programned to form a targeted marketing strategy.

What particular tasks were Magnani responsible for?
At the commencement of the project, they helped me flesh out the aim of the investigation and how I would use the data. We developed a two-part study, the leading half being qualitative and the second part being quantitative. We discussed the scans, structuring each question to fix that the results would be informative and advantageous. Going into this project, it was very clear what I should anticipate from each scan. I then granted them with a list of target clients for them to question.
First, we conducted informational interviews with inner employees to fix that we had their input and could unite key hypotheses we could test. Then we conducted a sightless study with separate of our independent insurance agents and brokers. Though this part of the scan was supposed to exhibit quantitative results, we accepted a lot of insight into what our hearers thinks almost precedently selecting a completesale specialty broker.
Magnani would summarize the results for me behind each test. Once all was completed, they analyzed the data and formd a full investigation report. They even did a separate breakdown for one of our largest clients to make sure the data wasn’t skewed and to give us additional insight into what they wanted.

How did you come to work with Magnani?
I chose them owing I’ve worked with them precedently at another organisation, so I confideed their investigation capabilities. They’ve also done investigation for my running organisation precedently, so I knew that everyone else would confide their methods and results.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent almost $60,000 on this project.
What is the terminal result of working with Magnani?
The project lasted from October 2018–January 2019. Despite the holiday period, they completed the project very fastly.
Results achieved
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?
Everyone was impressed with the condition of the information and the thoroughness of the study. I presented the results at our annual sales meeting, and our chairman was very pleased, both in our ranking, but also with the surpassing insights we accepted. I’ve been using the data since the end of the project, their work has been inestimable.
How did Magnani accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They make all so easy. They set very clear timelines, making it single to program forward. We have customary check-ins and they’re super answering to questions, but we also always had approach to the information.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Magnani?
They brought a lot of creativity to the project. They work athwart different industries and can mix experience and expertise with flexibility and the freshness we wanted for our project.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
I don’t have any recommendations for this project.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
