Cancel Hero brought us on to fortify revenue of their cancellation service through the use of email - re-capturing dropouts in their relatively complex sales funnel built on a custom backend. We worked with their tech team to move off of a rigid email system to one that would allow us to better test and analyze different conversion variables,
then leverage their data to expand the email program with A/B testing to generate new revenue and make them more profitable.
