Introductory information
A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I am the head of fruit at a client support platform.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Mighty?
We were having a hard time finding someone to do the supplemental design work we needed for our support fruit’s agent interface.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were responsible for?
Mighty’s initial work consisted of a project audit, wherein they granted general feedback and conversant our overarching fruit landscape precedently getting to the test of concept stage. Although the relationship evolved over time, they have been almost equiponderant to an in-house designer. Their main task was to design the agent interface for our support fruit, but they also helped us work on a few project-based items. This widely implicated us expounding a higher goal for the component that we wanted to educe, and they would help us go through the initial exploration and conversation of requirements. Over the order of our work with them, Mighty helped us do all from creating wireframes and user interface designs to assisting with discovery user interviews and requirement exploration.
Was there a dedicated team?
Our team primarily consisted of Mighty’s design chief and a user experience designer.
How did you come to work with Mighty?
They sought us out and granted us with some examples of their past work. Then they did the above-mentioned audit of our existent fruit and we determined we were lucky with their work, so we contracted them for a longer-term deal.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We spent somewhere between $70,000 to $100,000.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
The project worked spanned from March of 2017 through to December of the same year, and is now complete.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
There is no specific area or metric to which I would point, owing there were a lot of nation working on all of these projects, but Mighty was surely extremely helpful for us.
How did Mighty accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We had a number of interaction channels open with them, through both our Slack teams and our project treatment software. Using those avenues of interaction, we would attribute them tasks, have a weekly meeting to expound the tasks’ requirements, and then have bi-weekly check-ups to review and prepare feedback on their work. Their overall structure was good, we were able to give them tasks with low fealty, and they would seek out the information they needed in order to be lucky.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
Our technical space is not the simplest to seize and there’s a decent quantity of estate expertise required to measure the target user for us as the support agent. Mighty was able to acquire our space relatively fastly.
In general, they are just beautiful designers. JP (Jon Pritzl, Founder and Chief Experience Officer, Mighty) in particular does a big job of making all look surpassing and pixel-excellent. He is also good at showing the total process to us while working, from the wireframes to the high determination designs. Overall, they were a very helpful design resource for us when we had challenges finding an in-house supplier. Mighty was able to fit to a wide array of areas for components that we needed, and they were able to design while working from a wide range of requirements.
What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?
Occasionally, it seemed like they were too busy working on other clients’ projects and required a bit of prodding on our end to get things back from them. I would conceive that the impression of being somewhat short-staffed is not sole to companies that are growing and taking on new clients, but it was an area in which I reflection they could better.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Set expectations upfront almost what you are looking for in a contractor. Early on, try to make it clear what your design and educement process is like. We probably did not do as good a job of showing that as we should have, although Mighty did their best to work with what we gave them. Be sure to articulate what your expectations are for timeline and working process right at the commencement of any project.
