I’m the ruler of marketing and media relations for Goodwill Southern California. A nonprofit structure, we use the proceeds from our 85 stores and 46 donation centers to help nation find jobs.

We wanted to form a digital ad for Halloween, which is a veritably big period for us.

What particular tasks were The Miller Group responsible for?
The Miller Group formd and executed a digital ad. They granted us with extensive resources precedently the day of filming. They enlisted a stylist who worked with our team to shop for Halloween outfits in our stores. On the day of the filming, they also granted a videographer, a photographer, and actors. They even brought a drone to get aerial shots within the store. Finally, they edited the footage into the terminal video.

How did you come to work with The Miller Group?
Goodwill Southern California worked with them going back to 2010 precedently I joined the structure. They’d verity made another digital Halloween ad for us that went viral. We’d been talking almost doing some accessional work with them, and determined this project made perception owing of our history.

We spent almost $10,000.

The project took locate from June–August 2018.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
We haven',t officially launched the ad yet, but we’re impressed with their process. Their work was very professional and organized, specially on the day of filming. They’re committed to ensuring that we accomplish a big outcome. All of their granted resources were terrific. They also did a big job editing the video. We’re veritably pleased with their work.
How did The Miller Group accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They’re so answering. It was a smooth process from set to complete. We interacted mainly through email, in accession to a few conversation calls. Their phraseology was both relaxed and professional, so it was easy to work with them.

Any advice for practicable clients?
Keep the lines of interaction open, and answer to them as fastly as practicable. Stay on top of the back-and-forth interaction required in a collaborative engagement.
