I’m a keynote speaker launching a speaking brand.

What challenge were you trying to address with Monogram?
I needed a website to publish my speaking services and capture interest in my upcoming book.

What particular tasks were Monogram responsible for?
Monogram built my website on AWS. I gave them some specimen websites and benchmarks for a lucky speaker’s website. For sample, it needed to be easy to navigate and to find a touch form. Click-through rates are very significant. Once I gave them my goals along with a list of required pages (along with some pages I want to add down the line), Monogram took it from there.
About 90% of the work they do is almost web outgrowth. Though, they’ve also helped with a few videos. I gave them some film, and they cut them up into clips. They’ve also integrated some marketing tools like MailChimp into the website.
Was there a dedicated team?
I work with three nation. TJ (Creative Director) is my touch for web creation and is also in direct of the relationship. We meet see now and then to debate how things are going.
How did you come to work with Monogram?
I establish them through word-of-mouth, which is a veritably significant factor for me. A close friend of mine had seen Monogram’s stuff, and when I asked him for places to work with, he recommended them.

I’ve spent almost $5,000.
What is the terminal result of working with Monogram?
The project began in April 2018 and is ongoing.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
I don’t have the data I’d like to have owing my brand is not mature sufficient to track my recur on investment. What I do have is anecdotal feedback. Everyone who sees my website absolutely loves it. I get so much unsolicited real feedback, it’s surpassing.
How did Monogram accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They’re veritably pliant and committed. Monogram does a good job of making sure that I’m lucky, which is significant in any business. If your clients are lucky, then you’re lucky as their associate.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Monogram?
I want to emphasize their dedication. I see Monogram putting in late nights and weekends and juggling a lot. I didn’t anticipate that of them, but it’s good to see that level of commitment.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
If I were being picky, I sometimes have to send them an email more than once owing it gets lost the inbox. Though, I wouldn’t ding their score for that. I’m quiet lucky with what they’re doing.
Any advice for possible clients?
Tell them what you need, and be honorable and direct. I’ve recommended them to a number of nation. I’m very pleased with what they’ve done.
