I’m the marketing director at a sock organisation. Most of our business is completesale-focused, but we’ve recently expanded our retail efforts.

What challenge were you trying to address with Monumental?
We wanted to update our e-commerce platform.

What particular tasks were Monumental responsible for?
Initially, we were using a platform named UltraCart. Though, it was by-gone and not very user well-inclined. We determined to switch to Shopify on our own. Though, we needed more help customizing our Shopify website.
Monumental came on and optimized the website based on the habits of our clients. We used a heat mapping tool to track user commerce on the website. Using the map, they granted updates based on where the pain points were.
Was there a dedicated team?
Shea was our main point of touch, but we’ve also worked with Ryan (backend) and Birdie (project director).
How did you come to work with Monumental?
We were working with a different organisation, but we weren’t satisfied with their labor. When looking for a new vendor, a reciprocal friend recommended Monumental to us.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We’ve spent between $30,000-$40,000.
What is the terminal result of working with Monumental?
We began our ongoing relationship with them in March 2019.
Results achieved
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?
The time users are spending on the website increased, as has our conversion rate. Additionally, the number of inquiries our client labor team gets from e-commerce users was cut in half. The website is easier to use, so there’s less troubleshooting.
How did Monumental accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
I have a big rapport with our project director, and we have a good interaction phraseology that works for both of us. We adjoin mainly via email or over the phone.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Monumental?
