I am the brand director Sudara and we are a boon confirmation based in Bend, Oregon. We work with our NGO partners in India on creating living-wage jobs and experiences training for women in India who are at a high risk for or survivors of ethnical trafficking.

What challenge were you trying to address with Monumental?
We needed a complete website cool based on feedback we were hearing from clients and our digital agency. For the primary website, we had bought a topic from Shopify and then worked in house as well as with contractors to modify it to fit our needs. Though, we were finding that client would leave the website owing it was taking too long for the page to load. Monumental helped us apprehend was that there was just too much code embedded on the website from all of our customization. It was we determined that we needed a complete overhaul of our website on the Shopify platform. We wanted to increase sales, increase conversions and decrease the lead time on the page. What was the aim of their involvement?
The aim of the project was to educe a new topic for our website on the Shopify platform. We were not changing a lot of the full on our website. The changes were focused on the way that our full was presented and the general navigation of the website. We also needed it to be more mobile well-inclined so both for iPhone and for tablet. We also wanted to make sure that we had more control over our power to change things in-house and we wanted it to accost to a younger client.
How did you come to work with Monumental?
We were based in Bend, Oregon and Monumental is based in Portland. We wanted to work with a Shopify expert owing in the past educeers who were unfamiliar with it were adding uncalled code. What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Monumental?
It',s been veritably nice working with a little team. I',ve worked with a big consulting organisation in the past and generally when something is presented to you, you',re given the A-players but the nation who verity instrument the project are different.
