I am a senior methods analyst and project director at a consumer goods kitchenware business.

What challenge were you trying to address with MW2 Consulting?
We associateed with them to form a replacement for our existing Salesforce order entrance method. This is the web method that our consultants use to invade all of their orders for their modeers. Our running method is over 20 years old so it',s archaic and by-gone. We wanted the new method to be present, user-friendly, mobile-friendly — all our old method wasn’t.

What particular tasks were MW2 Consulting responsible for?
We gave them some very uneven wireframes and they built a brand new, mode web application from the ground up, doing so in a mobile-friendly mode. They have expertise in Magento, which they used to create the platform, and they incorporated order entrance, mode part modules, and rules functionalities.
The project was a mixture of both of our teams collaborating on the design — we contributed our apprehension of the features and functionalities of our Salesforce method, and they granted their feedback and design perspective. The team also helped to handle the project, and they give us a lot of advice almost how to execute our goals using the Magento platform.

The team compound varied at different stages of the project. We typically worked with between 3–4 or 6–8 teammates.
How did you come to work with MW2 Consulting?
One of my peers attended a Magento conversation a couple of years ago and met MW2 Consulting there. Following that conversation, we had a few conversations with them along with other businesses. In the end, MW2 Consulting was the more economic discretion, and their representatives were much more apprehensionable in the areas of interest.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We’ve spent almost $700,000.
What is the terminal result of working with MW2 Consulting?
We began working with them in May 2017 and our engagement is runningly ongoing. The project will officially be complete at the end of March 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the touch of the engagement?
MW2 Consulting has been a big associate in this effort, and I don’t use the word “associate” lightly. They help us meet our goals and work with us to accomplish them even when it resources making sacrifices on their end. We’ve had experiences with other companies where it just felt like a business business. So far, they’ve granted us with a method that seems to be much stronger than the one we were previously using.
How did MW2 Consulting accomplish from a project handlement standpoint?
They did well. Though, almost a year into our engagement, we transitioned from their project handlement to our own. Nevertheless, the team is organized and we’re always able to adjoin with and touch them when needed.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with MW2 Consulting?
The outgrowth and QA have been excellently forcible so far. Neither our business nor our business standard is typical, but the team quiet does well in provisions of identifying areas that they ponder will be issueatic for us down the line. This has helped us quit a lot of rework and has saved us a lot of time. Additionally, they always have good ideas almost how we can accomplish our goals.
What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?
There were a few aspects that weren',t considered during the requirements determination stage, neither by us nor by them. So, it’s an area that we both need to better. In the middle of the outgrowth stage, we realized that there were other unforeseen tasks that should’ve been completed preceding.
Do you have any advice for practicable modeers?
In the design and requirements phase, take extra time if needed to make sure that you program out as much of the less details as practicable.
