Neuron was approached to solve a critical issue: improving inbound sales. In the end, we worked with stakeholders to design a gamified inside sales portal to help drive sales by providing a fun, openly competitive virtual space for sales representatives. The system also gives managers, directors, and C-level
stakeholders insight into the performance of each rep, team, office, and region.The design of the sales portal is centered around a modular dashboard of widgets. In the dashboard’s default state, all widgets are collapsed and display only the most crucial information. Widgets can be expanded in-place to reveal more details, always maintaining the context of the dashboard behind. The modular design allows for layout customization and supports future extensibility.
