SmartRG provides products and services to simplify the residential internet ecosystem. We created a mobile app for the company to provide customers with a way to view and manage their Wi-Fi networks and connected devices.
The app gives customers more insight and control over their home Wi-Fi networks to provide a better customer experience as well as to reduce the number of support calls.
Customers can create and manage Wi-Fi networks, run speed tests, view and manage connected devices, and wirelessly reboot their modem.
We succeeded in reaching our goal with the design of creating a user experience that was as simple and intuitive as possible.
