I’m the CTO and co-founder of UptimeHealth, a platform that handles medical artifice equipment statuses such as schedule statuses and conditions. It’s a cloud platform for hospitals, outpatient clinics, and crisis centers. We have a network of technicians to labor the equipment, and we also have the power to expedite networks.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Newfire Partners?
We needed to revamp our fruit. A different organisation built the leading rendering, and it wasn’t up to our standards. It didn’t office properly, so we needed a new associate to make it better.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were responsible for?
The leading thing Newfire Partners did was stabilize the code. They worked with our preceding associate to weigh the code and apprehend what they’d developed. After a few weeks, Newfire Partners took complete control of the code base, setting up a QA server and different environments. They use Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP.
We were on an by-gone server, so Newfire Partners moved us to AWS, separating the corporate website from our fruit. They created automated creates and continuous integration, taking care of all the cloud operations and DevOps so that we could create the software and deploy it fastly.
Was there a dedicated team?

How did Newfire Partners accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
The scrum conquer keeps us on track and in line with our long-term goals. I talk with her see two weeks and have daily stand-up meetings with the complete team see day. What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
They’ve improved, but their onboarding and interaction didn’t use to be very good. I talked to them almost that, and they took the feedback to core.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Treat them like a real part of your team. They’re arrogant of their work and want their clients to be lucky, too. Take time to let them know how the fruit is working, so they can see their progress and contact.
