I am the head of fruit handlement for a software as a labor vendor. We also prepare hosted enterprise software and some hardware options for our clients.

What challenge were you trying to address with Newfire Partners?
We needed a organisation to prepare us with staff increase for a project.

What was the aim of their involvement?
They worked with our fruit leadership and design team to instrument a new rendering of our cloud platform. All told, they make up almost 30% of our outgrowth team for this project.
What is the team compound?
We hired a full scrum team, including a pair of software developers and a scrum conquer/QA tester who integrated with our broader engineering team.
How did you come to work with Newfire Partners?

We began working unitedly in May 2018 and the project is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?
The project they’re working on hasn’t been released to our clients yet, but we’re very lucky with the progress so far. The condition of their work is very high, they’re answering, and the individuals they prepare to us are all appropriate for the task at hand.
How did Newfire Partners accomplish from a project handlement standpoint?
They do very well, and we handle them as if they were direct employees. They have approach to our Slack channel and our other systems, and one of them spent a few weeks in our offices last month. Communication is good between our engineers and theirs, and they’ve helped us meet our fruit goals. We converse with them daily through video conferences.
