A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I’m the marketing campaign director for PublicRelay. We’re an analytics organisation that works with the interactions and PR departments of Fortune 500 brands. We sell them high-level analytics that help them try their business value and report on their campaigns.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with obo. Agency?
We initially began working with obo. Agency for help instrumenting an account-based marketing (ABM) strategy. Though, as we saw the value of their support, their work increased to include HubSpot migration, email campaigns, and a website revamp.

What particular tasks were obo. Agency responsible for?
obo. Agency educeed an ABM program for our sales and marketing team. They formd a detailed playbook, based on their independent activity investigation and best practices, and we followed their directions to the epistle.
They also put our marketing automation tool HubSpot in locate and helped us with the data migration. They assisted us with the move from our old CRM Zoho to the HubSpot CRM, and then granted a 10-person training to fix that we understood how it worked and how to optimize it to suit our business.
Another big project they helped us with was the website revamp. Using Elementor, they fully transformed our existing website and highlighted our rebranding start. The website is much more user-friendly, attractive, and present. They helped us interlace amazing full that we had been educeing, such as videos, throughout the website. It gives users that land our website the inducement to use the information, download free resources, and acquire more almost our organisation.
One of the added benefits of their work on our website is that it is much easier to edit now. Previous web educeers, or web outgrowth companies, that I’ve worked with have used templates that make it hard or impossible to customize or edit as our business grows. obo. Additional work they have done for us includes two rounds of cold emailing campaigns, ad outgrowth, and SEO consultations. Specifically for the emailing campaigns, they helped us form attractive messaging and drove appointments for our sales team.

Depending on the project, we would have a different team, but we’ve consistently worked with Taryn (Marketing Strategist, obo. Agency). She is extremely client-focused, resigned, entire, and has always been aware of our resources. She only presents us with solutions that are a good fit for the business.
How did you come to work with obo. Agency?
I believe that my director met obo. Agency’s proprietor at a networking occurrence. After we began working with them, we were impressed with their attentiveness to our needs and strategy, and their results. We enjoyed working with them, so it made perception to last bringing them onboard for our marketing projects.
What is the terminal result of working with obo. Agency?
We began working unitedly in November 2017, and the work is ongoing.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
In provisions of their work on our website, they helped us fully rebrand and boost our brand awareness. It’s helped presentize and professionalize our brand, competitively positioning us in the market. As a little organisation with big competitors, we veritably appreciated that.
Regarding their marketing work, they’ve helped us promise with new contacts and introduced a sole and powerful marketing access. Additionally, they were extremely helpful in training us with the ABM strategy and bringing that to reaping.
How did obo. Agency accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
As a total, the team was replying and extremely receptive to deadlines. They’re always ready to educe programs and instrument best practices. Taryn, specifically, would without reply to my emails. If she didn’t know an reply, she would find it.
The team worked in two-week sprints. So, we would have weekly meetings to debate the status and/or review deliverables. Outside of the meetings, our interaction was mainly through email.

Something we appreciated almost obo. Agency was that they took the time to apprehend our brief and long-term strategy and aspirations. I hint being open to their questions and allowing them to see the big picture of your business goals.
