He has built online solutions for Maxim Blender and Stuff Magazines as well as back-end systems for Marie Claire Now Magazine Loaded and NME. He also developed proprietary financial services software for The Hartford Insurance Group and GE Financial Assurances.
A legendary luxury retail executive and recipient of the Parsons School of Design Visionary Award Howard offers strategic advice to One Rockwells management team and invaluable mentorship to its clients. Beginning his career at Burdines in 1969 he worked his way up to Chairman and CEO in the 80s growing the company from $475 million to $1.4 billion. His reign as CEO of J. Crew in the late 90s saw an expansion of online sales from $6 million to $30 million. While he was Chairman and CEO of Barneys New York from 2001 to 2008 the companys value increased from $125 million to $943 million. Since 2006 Howard has served as a mentor to designers in a program originally established by the Vogue-CFDA Fashion Fund.
Shellys strong background in fashion and online retail makes her an invaluable advisor to One Rockwells clients in all aspects of ecommerce. Prior to joining One Rockwell Shelly served as Creative Director of Accessories at Theory where she oversaw the design production and launch of the brands accessories collection. She applies her expertise to her work at One Rockwell guiding clients on creative sales merchandising brand extension marketing and public relations.
Sam#39;s relentless drive is to find practical use for technology. Programming since the age of 10 he then built his first distributed infrastructure in his teens. In the business world Sam has managed technology projects and teams for Mamp;A activity ERP development SaaS marketing automation and ecommerce platform implementations. Currently he supports the Software Development and Business Analysis teams at 1R.

As the Head of Client Services she supports One Rockwell in delivering strategy process development and client service. Melissa has 7 years of digital agency experience providing solutions on various e-commerce platforms to fashion jewelry and beauty brands. In addition she has a background in product development and marketing in the retail and consumer goods industries.
