They helped us transition from an onwebsite network to a cloud-based network. They also support our helpdesk and supplement our team. They take care of all our infrastructure needs, desktops, applications, emails, and asset hosting.
They',ve done network cabling for us, and they help us handle our VoIP telephony. They',ve also isolated our commerce from our tenants’ commerce. We prepare some of our technology ourselves, but OSI does buy some of our equipment.

We',ve worked with different engineers at varying expertness levels. We work with the lower tiers for our helpdesk, but the higher tier helps with more execute projects.
