Jennifer comes to PeopleShare with five-plus years in the staffing industry. The majority of her recruitment experience has been as an on-site manager for large light industrial clients.
She thrives in a fast-passed atmosphere and loves recruiting. Prior to the staffing world Jennifer worked as a Customer Retentions Specialist in home security.

His experience includes over twenty years in staffing as well as extensive experience in sales and sales management.
Ryan spent seven years working at PDI the worlds largest contract sales organization supporting the pharmaceutical industry where he was continuously recognized as a top performer and was promoted several times. In 2003 Ryan was hired by a major Philadelphia-based staffing company where he again made immeasurable contributions. Within three months Ryan turned the unprofitable office into one of the most profitable offices in the company.
In 2005 Ryan co-founded PeopleShare a regional staffing firm dedicated to placing candidates in light industrial administrative and clerical positions. Ryans vision was to create a staffing company that provides employees and customers the opportunity to achieve their goals and enhance their overall success. Having the expertise industry experience and resources to recruit the best talent for each and every opportunity have been a critical factor in PeopleShares success. Ryans determination drive and talent have propelled PeopleShare into the fastest growing staffing firm in Pennsylvania with 25 locations throughout 5 states (PA NJ DE MD amp; VA). The first PeopleShare branch in Pottstown realized immediate success and the company was quickly able to expand opening 8 more locations by 2012. In 2013 PeopleShare acquired Samp;R Staffing giving PeopleShare an even larger footprint in Pennsylvania and in 2019 expanded into the Virginia market by acquiring Reliance Staffing. Since 2007 PeopleShare has been named ’Best Places to Work’ by the Philadelphia Business Journal every year and named to the Inc.500/5000 list. In just 10 years PeopleShare achieved over $100 million in revenue and was subsequently acquired by Trivest Partners a Private Equity firm based in Coral Gables Fla. Ryan has been retained as the CEO by Trivest as PeopleShare continues to grow through acquisition and organic growth. Ryan is defined by his passion to build relationships. His leadership commitment to mentor and motivate his team combined with his on-going desire to understand and identify his clients needs have proven to be instrumental to PeopleShares success.

Appointed by the Mayor of Philadelphia Dave chaired workforce solutions organization Philadelphia Works from 2008 to 2015 and serves on the Advisory Board to his alma mater Temple Universitys Graduate Fox Business School since 2009.
