I’m the CEO of Workers Benefit Fund. We associate with local activity and sector leaders to prepare benefits to workers in today’s rapidly expanding gig administration. Currently, we propose benefits to 100,000 black car drivers in New York.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
Postlight created a outgrowth program and are in the process of edifice the iOS and Android app. The team used Airtable to educe the frontend. They built features like a news ticker and in-app texting and calling.
Postlight integrated Salesforce CRM. They educeed CRM capabilities so that we can track benefits, utilization, and activation statistics within the app. The team also connected the CRM to our call center, data analytics, and all of our inbound and outbound marketing efforts, including collective media and emails.
Was there a dedicated team?
We have worked with an app educeer, a UX professional, two Salesforce team members, and different educeers.
How did you come to work with Postlight?
A friend referred me to them.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
My organisation has spent between $300,000–$400,000.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
The project began in May 2018 and is ongoing. Postlight completed work on the frontend of the app and are finishing the CRM. We have a roadmap for what we need to do next, but we don’t have a set timeline.

The app has accomplished well, and the number of downloads has exceeded expectations.
