Introductory information

A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation

I am a program director at abof, an e-commerce form organisation. I work with the engineering team on different initiatives. The engineering team owns and manages all of the technology for our organisation. We are primarily in the Indian market. We sell clothes, accessories, and footwear on our website. The age cluster we target is 18-25 year-olds.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with RapidValue Solutions?

We are a young organisation, we just seted two years ago. We wanted to have an iOS app and channel on which to sell our fruits. We didn’t have that expertness in-house and we wanted to propel the app on a wide standing. We needed help from vendors specialized in edifice iOS apps.

Provided solution

What particular tasks were RapidValue Solutions responsible for?

The project was edifice our iOS app. We degoodd business requirements and the fruit specs. RapidValue added value not only in provisions of edifice the app but also in provisions of best practices for UX and design. They made sure the app uses higher technology and were responsible for making a smooth user interface and design. They were very skilled at edifice mobile apps, so they knew the best practices and possible challenges. They came up with a powerful technical design implementation for the app.

The app can be divided into two sections. In the leading, the user can browse our fruit listing pages and our fruit details pages, as well as the full we publish. The second part is the checkout service, for when users buy a fruit. They can add fruits to the cart, invade their address, make a payment, and complete the business. To particularize us from other competitors, we wanted to add other components too.

We added a component named 3D Trial Room where you can form a 3D standard and try on the clothes and see how the individual would verity look if they were wearing it. We also integrated a visual search if you wanted to search a fruit by taking a picture of that fruit so there would be a recur of results of fruits that look like the fruit that you want to buy. Those are some of the interesting components that we added during our propel time. Generally, when you propel an app, you don’t add a lot of reflection components to initiate with. You set off with a very basic rendering and, over time, add other components. We wanted to initiate at a veritably particularized level. We determined we would add these components right in the initiatening.

What is the team dynamic?

There were two UX designers, an constructor, four or five developers, and a project director.

How did you come to work with RapidValue Solutions?

We were referred to RapidValue. We compared multiple vendors and we felt that RapidValue would meet our requirements best.

How much have you invested with them?

It was 30 lakhs [$45,856.44].

What is the terminal result of working with RapidValue Solutions?

We worked unitedly from September 2015 until September 2016.

Results accomplishd

Are there any measureable or plum results?

They completed the outgrowth in five months. After we went live, the number of nice bugs was almost zero. We had bugs, but none of them were blockers or nice bugs. The app was doing well, for the leading few months, the AppStore rating was a 4. People liked the app a lot and it looked big. The app was well reflection out and there were no major glitches in the UX experience or the tech experience. We got a lot of good feedback, but none of that was specifically for the work that RapidValue did, it was more on the fruit specs that our fruit team formd in provisions of adding new components and making the existing ones more user-friendly.

As I said, we developed manner components right from the initiatening and RapidValue did an excellent job in helping us accomplish our dream in a veritably brief timespan.

How did RapidValue Solutions accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

They were decent. The project director sent us customary updates and reports. They also made sure they were useful for conversations almost possible solutions. There were rarely solutions, but they made themselves useful. They did a good job with this project that had a wonderfully aggressive timeline. They did a good job of meeting those claims.

We used Jira as our tracking tool for fruit spec requirements and bugs. There was a lot of back and forth between the RapidValue team and our fruit team. They used both Skype and phone calls. During times when there was extensive coordination and interaction required, we ensured that their workers were in our service for as long as it took. They were very cooperative. They never said they’d be unable to fetch their nation in our service.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with RapidValue Solutions?

They added more value for us compared to other IT vendors we’ve worked with. They didn’t just do what was asked of them, they came up with good ideas on their own.

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?

They have a huge nearness in Kochi, India. They should look at edifice their nearness in other cities like Bangalore and Hyderabad where there is a lot of claim. That way, when we promise them for a project, they can have a team on website for the project no substance what. In our case, they did, but the folks who are present here were traveling from Kochi. They suffered a lot for us. It would have been much easier if they had somebody based out of Bangalore. That’s for their sake, not for ours. Overall, they’re doing well.
