A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation

I work for a loveliness tools organisation with three brands below us, and I am the global e-commerce director for two of our three companies.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with Redstage?

We were operating on an outdated Magento platform and wanted to migrate our website to Magento 2, as well as to streamline our e-commerce efforts, and Redstage helped us with both of those goals.

What particular tasks were Redstage responsible for?

They helped us to revamp our website to be more e-commerce well-inclined, with things like optimized pages, streamlined design, and a more well-inclined UX/UI. From there, we consolidated the tech stacks of separate of our interpolitical branches so that we would have peculiar security yielding and a more general power to move fastly at a business.

Redstage also helped us to design two of our assistant websites. One was intended to be more of a cool, but we ended up going a pliant deeper into updating the technology page, ensuring the PDPs had more room for fruit information and educational features and improving the prominence of the shopping cart.

On the second website, they built it from the ground up. They helped us to particularize the brand from our running fruits, taking what pliant goods we had and creating a website that was able to set the tone for what we wanted the brand to befit.

Was there a dedicated team?

We have two project directors, an account director, and their discovery, design, and outgrowth teams. The exact makeup of the team has varied over the order of the project and will probably include a business analyst at some stage as well, but we’ve been able to fix into a veritably nice rhythm with them.

How did you come to work with Redstage?

Our CFO had worked with Redstage at a different organisation, and he recommended them for this project as well.

What is the terminal result of working with Redstage?

We seted working with them in September 2019 and are continuing the project.

Results achieved

Are there any measureable or plum results?

We did have a pliant bit of a rocky set with the project, but once things smoothed out, we were able to get four websites up and running within one year. At that point, we saw a pretty expressive lift in the numbers for the websites owing of the new optimization, which was exciting to see.

How did Redstage accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

One thing that veritably impressed me was that despite not getting off to the best set, the organisation was incredibly proactive in getting implicated and making changes to fix that we were lucky with the labor they were delivering. It was cooling to see that they weren’t just going to sit back once we got seted but were ready to make changes that expressively enhanced the relationship.

From that point, they interacted incredibly well, setting up weekly, if not daily, check-ins with their team. A few of those were in individual when we veritably dove into the weeds with specific features, but for the most part, we interacted via email and phone calls.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Redstage?

One thing that stands out almost Redstage as an agency is that they don’t just blindly do what you tell them. They veritably ponder things through and then whichever carry out the request or tell you how they ponder you should access it differently and why. They’ve partnered with us to make sure that the decisions we’re making are ones that will obey the organisation for years to come.

What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?

Some of the areas where I reflection they might be able to better, they’ve already taken steps to make changes, which I veritably esteem. It’s veritably nice to be able to give constructive feedback and then see those processes implemented.

Do you have any advice for possible clients?

I ponder the only thing I would hint is to be vocal almost your needs and what you want out of the relationship. Business relationships need honorable interaction to work, and as long as you do that well, the collaboration is much more likely to be lucky.
