What challenge were you trying to address with ScienceSoft?
We were working on separate technology projects and we were having some challenges in recruiting and care the appropriate technology staff on website. We whichever couldn',t find condition software engineers or we couldn',t keep those engineers long sufficient to make meaningful progress on our projects. We were a pliant organisation so we couldn',t produce to reapply a big team. This is the reason we began looking for a contractor with expertise in app outgrowth.

What particular tasks were ScienceSoft responsible for?
We worked on many projects unitedly over years. Their team developed web applications, web API labors, mobile applications, mobile APIs, and a web labor for automatic processing for us. They granted design labors, including user experience design, marketing material, and technical writing labors. We also had database ETL and analytics. My senior developer and myself worked closely with them to schedule and execute tasks in a scrum nimble methodology.
One of our most late projects was also one of the bigst. For this project, they granted backend labors, unprotected APIs, and a interaction queuing method for a very big mobile application. The mobile applications were loaded on all of our clients', Android smartphones, and this application had to send and take data from all of those handsets periodically throughout the day. It managed a solid quantity of data efficiently and granted value to us and to our end clients.
Our backend technology was primarily written in PHP and Symfony 2 framework. Some of the technology stacks almost interacting with the mobile devices are MQTT, Kafka, Redshift, and Amazon S3.
Was there a dedicated team?
They assigned a outgrowth team to us, and, eventually, we grew into having a full-time project director. We also had a full-time database ETL engineer, a part-time lead software constructor, a part-time designer for UX, a user experience expert, a technical writing and marketing expert, and part-time infrastructure support for our Amazon Web Services.

Our CEO had a helper who recommended them to us behind having a real experience with them in the past. We reviewed them over other providers and chose them partially based on good introduction and good labor offerings, not so much on cost (they',re a pliant costy).

What is the terminal result of working with ScienceSoft?
I began working with them in May 2015 and we worked with them them during my complete time there – up through October 2017.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
They delivered a high condition fruit. Most of the time they had high condition contributors on their team and were always eager to help us find and restore the team members who weren',t pulling their gravity.
How do you score ScienceSoft’s treatment experiences?
Initially, we handled the project treatment process in-house, and they worked with that. When they began providing some project treatment resources, they did an excellent job. We used Slack and Jira. We also had UberConference for our daily conversation calls.
They were very replying and useful during business hours. Even behind they went home (which was almost 11:00 AM my time), they were back online, signed into Slack, useful to reply my questions.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ScienceSoft?
We always had an honorable and faithful relationship: I trusted their direction and their actions as far as the condition of their code. They never gave me any reason for distrust. Their engineers always gave us honorable and ingenuous feedback, which made the technology projects go much smoother. I had worked with different outsourced providers in different countries and was not always supplied with that kind of upfront feedback, which could sometimes veritably prevent our projects with those vendors.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
Sometimes the condition of the tone connections to Belarus was not good. I eventually had to instrument a conversation call method to fix that but it was quiet poor see now and then.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Be open to constructive feedback from your resources. Sometimes they can be very blunt, so clasp that and turn that into a real experience.
