What particular tasks were Simple Truth responsible for?
They granted us with strategic course on where we needed to be. In that effort, they conducted a competitive landscape review to enlighten the logo and picturesque treatments. As part of that, they hosted a few powerful creative exercises with us. It helped our more analytical team ponder outside the box in provisions of our organisation’s picture. They got a lot of course out of that. In the end, they also granted positioning statements that detailed how we should position ourselves within our market space.
Throughout the process, we granted feedback. In our leading session, we had a face-to-face meeting that allowed them to present and hear our team feedback in one sitting. In provisions of iterations, we had an initial introduction, one other circular, and last-minute tweaks. After the second circular of revisions, we had all fully the way we wanted.

What is the terminal result of working with Simple Truth?
We began collaborating in 2016, and our most late work with them wrapped up in the fall of 2018.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
Internally, nation establish that it was easier to present pitches using our new branding and positioning strategy. Our clients weren’t household with what we were doing beforehand, so it would be rare to have feedback from them.
In provisions of picturesques, nation have commented on the clean look and feel. That’s allowed us to feel more snug in the pitching process as well.
How did Simple Truth accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
The interaction between the account director and I has been very powerful in provisions of client labor and deliverables. They’re apprehension of the roadblocks on our side, and they’ve been pliant in kind our needs from that perspective. We interacted regularly through email, phone calls, and the occasional face-to-face meeting. Along with their forcible responsiveness, they stay strategic when we need them to be strategic. That can be rare in this space. They’ve done a big job on that front.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Simple Truth?
They had experience working with clients with issues correspondent to ours, with enough of apprehension almost the finance space. We began our union with trust owing they shared their experiences and expertise with us. Our purchase cycle can be years long, and they understood that. That was very profitable to us.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
Throughout our process, I didn’t have any issues. I have agency experience, so I’m household with ordinary issues in that space. Everything went smoothly, though.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
As you hand over your project, ask if they’ve had other clients and projects correspondent to yours. That’ll fix that they have the experience that you’re looking for.
