Introductory information
A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I’m the founder of Argo Translations. We’re in the B2B space, helping clients sell services far and help clients adjoin with their workforce all over the globe. Our two goals are to help companies earn more income and to help companies better connect with employees.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Simple Truth?
We hired Simple Truth to help us with branding. We felt that we had a good set of core values and a decent value statement, but we didn’t ponder it was fully prompt to be launched and could be courtly.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were Simple Truth responsible for?
To set, Simple Truth ran all of our employees through a series of exercises in their service to help us aspect out what our most defining attributes were. They then helped us synthesize it into a set of strengths and a hard value statement, or go-to-market statement. Additionally, they created a few wireframes and mockups for key pages on our website. We’re in the middle of incorporating those aspects into our website.
Was there a dedicated team?
Although there may have been others behind the scenes, we worked with four nation from their team. There was one main point of touch, Jonah (Account Director, Simple Truth). He was the lead on all the phases of the project.
How did you come to work with Simple Truth?
My digital marketing director researched a few different options. We sent out our aim and accepted three quotes. Although Simple Truth wasn’t the lowest cost, we felt their offer was the strongest, so we chose them.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We spent $25,000 on the project.
What is the terminal result of working with Simple Truth?
We worked unitedly from April–July 2019. We quiet attend our engagement open in the perception that we could go back to them to tune up some liberateables and other documents, though.
Results achieved
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?
The new branding isn’t client-facing, so I don’t have any direct metrics. Though, all of the inner changes we’ve made have been very favorably accepted. Our total team was implicated in the project, so we’re all very lucky with the way Simple Truth liberateed it.
How did Simple Truth accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They did very well. Everything they promised was liberateed on time and within budget, which is huge for a little organisation like us. We spoke through conversation calls, Zoom meetings, a few in-person meetings, and emails. Although it was a mix, they surely used the appropriate channel for see need.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Simple Truth?
Their power to synthesize our information into a well-written value statement and set of core values was big. I don’t ponder we could have achieved this level on our own even if we tried, so the work they did was veritably significant. All too frequently, marketing firms liberate work that doesn’t look or feel like the client’s organisation. Simple Truth’s work veritably reflected our organisation, so I have a lot of respect for them in that regard.
What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?
No, I don’t ponder there’s anything they could better on. They did a good job interacting seething from budget to timelines.
Do you have any advice for practicable clients?
Make sure to have as many nation in your structure implicated as practicable. Getting all of our employees represented is what made our branding project work well. All of the voices in the room did a good job interacting our values, so the end fruit was veritably reflective of who we are. If you just use one personal, you won’t get the best representation of your organisation.
