Introductory information
A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I',m the co-founder and CEO of Smart Donate, a mobile donation platform setup for Switzerland that was founded at the commencement of 2018.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Solution Analysts?
We needed help implementing the mobile application, mobile solution, and web backend plus all certain API components for our software.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were Solution Analysts responsible for?
We granted Solution Analysts with mockups and screens of how the design should look. Their team developed the full UX/UI. They did multiple iterations, and some months had more interaction and weekly releases. Then we had a month or two of testing on our side where they had less outgrowth going on. Solution Analysts also led the implementation of the mobile app in indigenous Android, as well as the web-based solution in Angular.js.
Was there a dedicated team?
I principally interact with 2–3 nation including a project director and a relationship director. I have limited touch with the developers themselves.
How did you come to work with Solution Analysts?
We seted looking for a associate on Upwork. We interviewed a handful of companies based on the references granted. We determined to set working independently with two different associates for the leading few milestones. Solution Analysts was the powerfuler accomplisher so we lastd working with just them.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We’ve spent between $10,000–$25,000.
What is the terminal result of working with Solution Analysts?
We seted working unitedly in January 2018 and the engagement is ongoing.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
Solution Analysts delivered a working prototype, or MVP, that they built from scratch. That was our goal from a technical point. We’re in the pilot phase but outgrowth is quiet ongoing. They last doing some iterations and adjusting a few bits and pieces. We’ve had real feedback from the users that have played about with the demo. We’re very pleased to have a working prototype.
How did Solution Analysts accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
Their team is excellently good so I am lucky. Often our requirements were given to them on brief notice, but they were always able to cope with our requests. We do all on Asana. I interaction my touch individual and he breaks it down into work packages for their developers. That’s been pretty handy and pellucid for us. We don',t have to make sure that all of the different developers are up to despatch. My main touch point understands what we',re trying to create and allocates the work agreeably.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Solution Analysts?
They',re very fast, reliable, and powerful at being able to stick to timelines. They also have good inner condition arrogance. What they delivered sometimes needs less good-tuning but we never felt like we have to beta test their creations.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
I don',t ponder so, otherwise, we will probably be looking about for other associates. At the instant I couldn',t mention anything.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
We’ve had a good experience with approaching them with open, high-level requirements. We expound what we want them to do rather than how we want them to do it. We give them a free hand and that works well for us.
