A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I’m the ruler of fruit treatment at a 401k servicing platform that enables little and medium-sized businesses to propose a 401k program to their employees. We prepare our clients with investment advising, program administrations, and recordkeeping services.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Sphere Software?
We had a good user gate for our clients, but we needed to better the UX/UI.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
Sphere Software developed a design ingredient method, an infrastructure that allows us to store and easily approach all of our design ingredients in one location. In a perception, they helped us recreate the foundational blocks of our gate. Two different types of clients approach our method: employer administrators who handle all of the employee programs, and personal employees who want to approach their 401k information. Sphere Software helped form a new admin reporting tool that prepares the program administrators readily approachible reports.
Was there a dedicated team?
We worked with 2–3 engineers. One was in the U.S., and the others were in Ukraine.
How did you come to work with Sphere Software?
I worked with them at my antecedent job. They did good work and understood project requirements, so we hired them.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
We worked unitedly from June–September 2018.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
The method makes it easy to have uniformity athwart our websites and also reduces design costs. Sphere Software met all of our goals.
How did Sphere Software accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We were lucky with their work. They were big at knowledge and executing on our requirements. They presented different solutions customized to our union and specific needs, which we appreciated.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
The engineers were diligent and hardworking. Our account handler was always in touch with us to make sure things were going well.
What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?
Communication could’ve been better, but that’s always a interest with overseas teams. They could’ve been more proactive in setting clearer expectations.
Do you have any advice for forthcoming clients of theirs?
Give them clear requirements. Don’t take that they know precisely what you want.
