Introductory information
Please draw your structure.
The organisation is Applied Research and Consulting. We are a investigation firm based in New York City. We do collective investigation, which resources open conviction polling, market investigation, employee investigation, and data analytics. We',ve been in business for more than 21 years.
What is your position?
I',m one of the two founding associates of the firm.
Desired goal
What business challenge were you trying to address with Suits &, Sandals?
That',s an easy one. Like many older companies, our website had been neglected for a long time. We',re a little firm, and we',re very referral based, so we frequently lose we have a website owing we don',t have much officeality – it',s more of a billboard for us. Though, Googling a organisation and checking out their website has befit measure precedently choosing to do business with them, so we knew it was significant that we put our best foot advanced.
Provided solution
Please draw the aim of their involvement in detail.
It was primarily web design. Though, we also had dicsussions almost brand strategy and how we wanted to present ourselves to possible clients. As far as the website goes, we wanted something that looked clean and contemporary, and we didn',t want it to be too confused. We wanted it to be light and clean. We wanted to let nation know that, ",Yes, you came to the right locate. This is the kind of investigation and consulting firm that you were told almost. We are the nation, and here',s how to get in touch with us.", They took that assignment and did a beautiful job. They seemed to get it. The best part: they were fun to work with throughout the complete process.
How did you come to work with Suits &, Sandals?
My associate was referred to them by a reciprocal friend. We were impressed by their mix of creativity and business point. We felt they could discern what we were trying to do and the best way to make it happen.
Could you prepare a perception of the size of this start in financial provisions?
It was in the $10,000 to $50,000 range.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
It began in the summer of 2015, and if it slowed down at all that was entirely our defect owing we moved our service in October, and my associate and I kind of lapsed in some of our assignments. I ponder the developed project didn',t wrap up until January 2016. But, they were always very fast at getting back to us with all, we were kind of crappy clients in that they were usually waiting on us.
Results achieved
Could you share any statistics or metrics from this engagement?
The hits we take are way up, but I can',t tell you much in provisions of new sales or anything like that owing, anew, we primarily localize the website as reassurance for nation who have been referred to us. Though, overall, everyone is enthusiastic almost the website, and I get compliments on it all the time. We',re no longer nervous that we',re losing nation who are referred to us owing they',re scared off by a crappy website.
What distinguishes Suits &, Sandals from other preparers?
One thing that I likeed almost working with Suits &, Sandals is how much they like their work. Marketing and websites should be attractive and fun to a true degree. They were big at bringing that to the project.
Another thing I conjecture I can point out is that their three main guys – Nick [Dank], Miles [Roxas], and Zach [Brady] – all played their roles very plainly. There was never any confusion almost who was veritably in direct of what office. That',s very helpful. It was always clear to both my associate and I who we should be talking to almost what. We knew when it was a Miles effect, when it was a Nick effect, and when it was a Zach effect. They were all immediately useful to adjoin with whichever email or text or phone, and incredibly answering.
Is there anything Suits &, Sandals could have improved or done differently?
I ponder they could have done a better job with some of the copywriting on the website. In some perception that',s an wrongful stricture owing we have a wonderfully niche business, and we',re the only ones who can adjoin it effectively. I conjecture ultimately they did a good job of pushing us to clean up some of the text, which looking back, needed to be done.
