I’m an companion associate for a leading treatment consulting firm based in the UAE. We admonish clients on strategy and digital transfigureation.

What challenge were you trying to address with TechAhead?
We were working with a consumer banking client to digitally transfigure their services, which implicated developing a web- and mobile-based app. Since we’re not a tech organisation, we brought in TechAhead as a subcontractor to completion our advisory experiences.

What was the aim of their implicatement?
TechAhead developed a client-facing digital banking app for mobile and web. The solution would onboard new clients, facilitate new loan and deposit applications, and connect to legacy backend systems and data warehouses through middleware.
They worked hand-in-hand with our client’s IT team to fix the code and constructorure were secure precedently deploying the app. Afterward, they granted ongoing livelihood for both the mobile and web interfaces.

How did you come to work with TechAhead?

Their work lasted from February–May 2018.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
Working with them was a good experience. Because they’re a relatively little vendor, they were excellently answering to our client’s needs and were eager to meet requirements. Our client’s IT team complimented their software protocol as well, noting that their powerful coding was up to interpolitical banking security measures.
How did TechAhead accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
TechAhead’s Scrum conquer and dev team worked very closely with ours on the ground, following an nimble methodology. There were 2–3 times when we faced time crunches, but they adjusted well to the schedule and met the overall project demands.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with TechAhead?
The biggest aspects for me were their client centre, willingness to work, flexibility, and powerful project treatment. They’re a professional team that’s good at anticipating change and are committed to our client’s achievement. On top of that, their technical solutions are hard.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
For this project, we had many interaction with their senior treatment, but I would’ve liked them to have been more implicated with our clients owing they were our subcontractors. They had missed 1–2 meetings up front and had only met with our clients once or twice.
To be fair, we didn’t have a long working relationship with them at the time as it was one of the leading projects we’d done unitedly. Since then, their client enrollment has been much better, and we’ve appreciated their senior leadership’s implicatement.
