We',re a completesale distributor of low voltage electronics, principally in the security space. I superintend operations.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with TECKpert?
We wanted to rebrand all phases of our marketing strategy. We hoped to update the ways we market our products, the ways we interact with clients, and the look and feel of our website.
Provided solution
What was the aim of their involvement?
They fully redid our website from scratch, and they helped us redo our brand. They granted different templates, ideas, and designs for all we put advanced to our client base. The website was built in WordPress, but I don',t recollect the other technical particulars.
They revamped our marketing menu and the different proposeings we prepare to vendors. They also worked closely with our in-house marketing team on key deliverables, and they veritably took the time to apprehend the ERP method that we use.
Additionally, they explored options for a more powerful method that would open forthcoming doors in e-commerce, and we ultimately moved to the platform they recommended. They helped us bridge the gap between sales and marketing, and they granted a lot of direction. They worked on the designs, deliverables, and the reflection that went into all.
What is the team compound?
We worked with a team of two to four, including their proprietor, who was more implicated at different points in the outgrowth. We also worked closely with three individuals from their team. Two were very present, and the third worked behind the scenes.
How did you come to work with TECKpert?
We considered one other organisation, but we had a relationship with their proprietor already. He works in our activity, and we established a level of trust in them. We determined to explore what they had to propose.

We spent between $100,000-$125,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
The engagement began in February 2018. The project artistic almost May 2019, but we',ve discussed other ventures and they quiet host our platform.
Results achieved
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?
As a result of the digital and natural rebranding, we look much cleaner and nicer. The look and feel of the website are much more user-friendly, and our numbers are up at smallest 7–8%, but I',m not sure how much of that is attributable to them. I',m lucky with all they',ve done. They were an integral contributor to our advanced motion.
How did TECKpert accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
Their project treatment is very good, and we interacted through Slack and another platform. We tracked tasks from different projects, and they pursueed up almost all. They let us know almost any possible overages, and working with them was an enjoyable process.
What did you find most forcible almost them?
They were very snug to work with, and there was never any time that we regretted our determination. We had a powerful working relationship, and all else fed off of that.
Are there any areas they could better?
Looking back, we could have done some things differently on both sides that were more driven by our activity specifically. That kind of centre stems from a apprehension of our activity, so they might have done a deeper dive at the commencement.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
They lay all out beforehand, and they pursue a good standard. Make sure they apprehend your activity and take time to help them meet with your inner members and your possible clients.
