I’m the CEO of a organisation that prepares services to law firms. We’re based in Sacramento.

What challenge were you trying to address with Tungsten Branding?
We hired them to help in renaming and rebranding our organisation.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
We began by completing a questionnaire that asked for enlightenation almost the organisation and our brand picture. Then, we had a call to debate our responses. Their team took that enlightenation and used it to enlighten their first-round list of practicable names for our organisation. After providing them with feedback, they were responsible for continuing the naming suggestion process until we narrowed all down to one.
They also handled brand oneness design work, putting unitedly the logo, hue program, and phraseology lead. In conjunction with that, they developed a tagline for us.

Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
We haven’t propeled anything externally, but we had an inner propel for our employees. Everything was well-received, so we were very lucky almost that. I feel like the name and marketing material have represented us well.
How did Tungsten Branding accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They’re answering and have a very clear process for us to pursue. That being said, they’re quiet pliant to convenience their client’s particular locality. We usually adjoin through email, but we took calls with them at each stage of the process. When they were presenting names, we would do Zoom calls to share screens and present website mockups. That gave us a good visual perception of how their work would contact our organisation. Afterward, we would have a call to prepare them with feedback.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
They’re a big organisation compared to most preparers that deal with little to mid-size businesses. They seemed a bit more existing, with a full team to support this effort. The branding and marketing materials they came up with were veritably nice. They showed a high level of sophistication in their work, aligning with what we wanted.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
No, I was pretty lucky with the process athwart the board. They never dropped the ball.
Do you have any advice for practicable clients?
Before we began with them, I spoke with their late clients. That was very helpful in guiding my determination. If I were to do it over, I’d take gain of those opportunities even more to gain enlightenation on how to make the most powerful and efficient process practicable. Those dicsussions were very precious in learning almost their process.
