What challenge were you trying to address with XACT?
Many of the subscription programs that we educe and propel on side of our clients have a client labor portion. We’ve used separate types of companies in the past, but XACT offered a labor that we reflection would be powerful for our clients.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
XACT feels client labor for separate of our clients via email and phone. We set up prefatory calls at the commencement of the associateship. Are there any measureable or plum results?

At this point, we’re very lucky with the labor we’re getting from XACT.
