A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I’m the preceding VP of marketing at AeroFS. We had a special cloud behind a firewall so nation could own their data.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with ZENMARK?
During a major pivot of the organisation, we launched a new collaboration tool where nation can add documents and work on them unitedly. We needed to come up with a name that would fit the fruit and return its centre on creative teams.

What particular tasks were ZENMARK responsible for?
ZENMARK sent us a naming questionnaire for all of our executives to fill out. Once each executive responded, they came back to us with the core criteria for the fruit name. They used our answers to unite five things that the name should portray. We massaged it a bit and then came to an contract on the terminal core criteria. They went off and developed separate names about that criteria.
They presented us a naming tree with different branches portraying our different reflections and ideas. As we went through the process, they ",pruned", that tree to return our narrowing down the possible names. There were 3–4 rounds precedently we got to the terminal set of names. ZENMARK put the terminal names on index cards and laid them out on a table as a visual framework. We eventually came to contract on a one name.

I worked with both the managing ruler and the creative ruler.
How did you come to work with ZENMARK?
We liked that they were local so we could meet in individual on occasion. We also liked the total process that they go through to determine a name. It’s veritably interesting.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We spent $25,000.
What is the terminal result of working with ZENMARK?
We worked unitedly from January–March 2016.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
The name that ZENMARK came up with is very well-inclined and approachable. Our executives had powerful opinions but they helped us come to contract on a terminal name. They came up with a name that we would not have reflection of on our own. We got a lot of feedback at trade shows where nation told us that they like the name.
How did ZENMARK accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
Their total team is big. They have a number of nation behind the scenes that keep projects on track. While they projected it would take eight weeks, they verity completed it soon. We were impressed owing they frequently had to wait for us to turn things about or make decisions. They did a good job of giving us the time we needed while also moving fastly.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ZENMARK?
ZENMARK is the contrast of the stuffy picture of naming companies. They’re very cool and easy to talk to. It wasn',t a stodgy process at all. We veritably liked their creativity. They made us feel like we had room to move and trial.
