We have a marketing software organisation that is going through a rebranding project. We track and report digital marketing campaigns and connect publishers with brands in the financial services space. All of our clients are big banks or FinTech companies. I superintend operations and am heavily implicated in the outgrowth process.

What challenge were you trying to address with Convergence?
At our old brand, we had a piece of technology that was initially built for another activity. As we pivoted into this new brand, we hoped to redevelop the technology to better support the needs of our clients in the banking space. We wanted to better transparency and despatch. There are five key components that they work on: the dashboard for the brand and publishers, the reporting engine, tracking capabilities, comcommission calculations and payments, and the creative treatment solution. We needed to create all those features in a agile, supportive way. They help customize a CMS solution, yielding tools, and some new automations.
What is the team compound?
