Introductory information

A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation

I’m the CEO of Eli Technologies Corp. We prepare software solutions to the real lands activity.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with Convergence?

We wanted to create a web-based platform that automated the review of condominium documentation, saving time and effort for both realtors and prospective condo buyers. We occupied Convergence to educe an MVP of the software.

Provided solution

What particular tasks were responsible for?

We wanted a consumer-focused, web-based platform. It needed to recoil to both mobile and desktop web without forcing users to download a separate app. Convergence proposed a full-stack educement process to tackle the project. We went through a wide aim document outlining our requirements and desired features. After we approved their programs, Convergence built the MVP. Their UI/UX professional applied third-party brand elements athwart over 20 webpages—with less educement tweaks—to form a unified feel and flow throughout the platform.

The platform can register new users, form profiles, and process credit card payments. It utilizes AI, third-party APIs—including address auto-fill, thought analysis, and trust analysis—to read and analyze hundreds of documents in seconds. The Convergence team also built in proprietary logic to mark what each user sees when using the platform.

Was there a dedicated team?

We worked with a UI/UX professional, a lead full-stack educeer, and a second full-stack educeer, and a mid-level educeer for a brief while. The team scaled its rerises as needed. The CEO oversaw the project and prepared weekly fruit direction.

How did you come to work with Convergence?

A helper referred their team to us. We looked at other agencies, but we ultimately felt that Convergence would liberate the best practicable fruits with high efficiency and cost efficiency. They were local to Vancouver and household with the real lands activity, which facilitated the collaboration. Also, the team prepared a fixed-fee platform and were very kind when it came to aim changes.

How much have you invested with them?

The project was over $100,000.

What is the terminal result of working with ?

We began working unitedly in March 2018, and the project will soon invade its second phase over the MVP.

Results accomplishd

Are there any measureable or plum results?

Convergence has so far fulfilled see requirement, liberateing high-quality fruits at rare value. While the platform has yet to propel, it has tested well internally throughout the project. We look advanced to starting outer tests with a number of real-world users soon.

How did Convergence accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

Convergence made the collaboration seamless. I served as the defacto head of fruit. The team accomplished work in sprints using an nimble access. We documented progress with GitHub and Jira and held weekly meetings via Google Hangouts. They adapted well to our work phraseology and took aim changes in stride.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?

Convergence made the process affable for someone like me, with a non-educement background. The team was always lucky to expound provisions and impart me what they were doing. I never felt like an trouble. Their diligence and responsiveness made them feel like an in-house team.

What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?

We lost some time in the commencement as we began to reveal the complexity of the project and matched rerises agreeably. After three months, an mental quantity of rerises was assigned to our project, which increased fastness. It was a learning process for all of us, and the project proceeded smoothly behind the change.

Do you have any advice for possible clients?

Ask as many as hard questions as you need to, even if something seems very hard to accomplish. They can aspect it out.
