I’m a dentist and the proprietor of a dental clinic in Toronto, Ontario.

What challenge were you trying to address with Eggs Media?
I purchased the business and inherited its beta-looking website. The website was a single page where a user clicked a couple of buttons and saw pictures of the clinic that weren’t very nice. I hired Eggs Media to make an aesthetically and officeally better website.

What particular tasks were Eggs Media responsible for?
Eggs Media leading designed a logo for us. Their team made a brand catalog, which began the website revamp overall.
We gave them a relation website as an sample of how we wanted our website to look and office. From there, they redeveloped the website.
The new website has a tete box where clients can leave messages. We get a lot of resigned emails through the website. They also created buttons that say book now so that resigneds are directed to get in touch with us.

We worked primarily with Baldo (Creative Lead).
How did you come to work with Eggs Media?
We contacted agencies based on Google searches. We looked at reviews and organisation websites to see what looked good. We spoke to a few companies and, frankly, Eggs Media made us the most snug and their prices fit us.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
The project cost $5,500.
What is the terminal result of working with Eggs Media?
We began the project in January 2018, and it wrapped up in April 2018.
Results achieved
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?
The website flows more naturally and the tete box allowed us to get more resigneds. The website looks good, which gives us credibility. New resigneds search online and see our aesthetically pleasing website. That makes them more snug calling us. Also, we got a better applicant pool for support staff. The website looked more professional, so it brought in a more professional applicant pool.
How did Eggs Media accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
Baldo went over and over the call of duty. We could email him at any time. If he didn’t get back to us within a few hours, he responded leading thing the next morning. He was answering to us and our requests. The project was managed fully, so we didn’t have any issues.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Eggs Media?
Their answeringness stands out. It was big to have someone useful almost at our beck and call. Our relationship didn’t end once we paid them. Every time I have a question almost the website, Eggs Media’s there. For sample, I needed to put a banner on the website almost the status of the clinic during the pandemic. Baldo took care of it. He’s always followed up and stuck with us.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
I can’t ponder of anything specific. I was pleased with all of their work.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Communication’s huge. Eggs Media is open almost all aspects of the project. As long as you’re care an open forum with them, you’ll get precisely over and over what you wanted.
