Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield is a leading European commercial real lands organisation. It’s a merger between Unibail-Rodamco and Westfield. Working as a senior outgrowth director, I’m responsible for a new outgrowth project which focuses on the retail sector.

What particular tasks were The Yard Creative responsible for?
The Yard Creative executed food-and-beverage marketing brochures for us. We wanted to have printed and online marketing materials to present to possible dining operators that we’re in dicsussions with. They took care of all from conceptualization to copywriting and photography choice. They’ve created different brochures for us since that initial project.
Was there a dedicated team?
We had shifting points of touch, where we began with Steve (Co-Founder, The Yard Creative), but was transferred to Miles (Creative Director, The Yard Creative). He was working with David (Middleweight Graphic Designer, The Yard Creative) and one other individual. We worked with a team of almost 5–6 nation, in total.
How did you come to work with The Yard Creative?
One of our colleagues from the Paris service had worked with them. They commended them for the hypermarket brochure, so I determined to touch them.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
The cost of this particular project was almost $22,000.
What is the terminal result of working with The Yard Creative?
The project ran just almost one month, from September–October 2019.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
There’s of contentment at all levels of our structure: from C-level executives in our firm to the nation who were straightly implicated in the project. We could veritably see the input versus output, everybody’s lucky with the condition of their delivery.
How did The Yard Creative accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They were professional, direct, efficient, and interactive. They answered any questions we had, constantly asked us for feedback, and constantly integrated that feedback. About 80% of the time, we interacted via email, but we also spoke on the phone.
With other agencies, we could express that we want something done a particular way and reiterate it 3–4 times, and it quiet wouldn',t be done that way. The Yard Creative went precisely in the course that we asked for and granted appropriate suggestions. The outcome was a very good weigh between what the client wanted and what they advised.

Their friendliness and client-oriented well-inclined conduct were big. They’re very welcoming and interact with you like you’re a true associate.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
I can’t veritably ponder of anything. I’d commend them to attend taking on more strange projects. They could swell their inhouse team to have wider speech success. Our documents were well done in English and German, but it wouldn’t be bad if they had more of a multilingual team.
Do you have any advice for forthcoming clients of theirs?
Have a good kickoff call at the commencement, for tenor—ours lasted between 60–90 minutes. We also sent them a lot of documents to help them apprehend the aim of the project. That establishes a good institution, and it’s easier to move from there.
It’s also significant to maintain congruous interaction. Degood and condense your points of touch, so you’re not bombarding them with different messages and emails.
