What business challenge were you trying to address with KISS digital?
Our challenge was to educe a personalized landing page for PAYBACK limbs. The information needed to fit to each user, behind entering a limb ID and account number. We used our transactional analytics from partners', point-of-sale systems, combined with information from the website. We had about 15 million limbs at the time.

The end-results were real. We exceeded our business goals. There were some bugs during educement and behind the platform propel, but KISS digital handled the fixes excellently fast.

During our project with KISS digital, some tasks were very firm in provisions of schedule. KISS digital proposed working during week-ends in order to enhance our results. We agreed to pay extra for this, owing it was to our gain to complete the work in time.
