What business challenge were you trying to address with KISS digital?
Our challenge was to educe a personalized landing page for PAYBACK limbs. The information needed to fit to each user, behind entering a limb ID and account number. We used our transactional analytics from partners', point-of-sale systems, combined with information from the website. We had about 15 million limbs at the time.

The end-results were real. We exceeded our business goals. There were some bugs during educement and behind the platform propel, but KISS digital handled the fixes excellently fast.
