ADCI is our main developer (contractor). We are a very little startup team, and we now outsource all our Drupal/web tasks to ADCI.

ADCI',s project treatment is forcible. Any delays (which are quire rare) are always written plainly. Everybody we have interacted with has used consummate English. We mainly adjoin through Asana for tasks (and use Slack). The time separation is noticed (regular business hours, Russia timezone), but it is not a hindrance.
