Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Perfectial?
Perfectial has worked with us from the very commencement. The platform went through multiple iterations over the span of 3 years.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were Perfectial responsible for?
Perfectial helped us with our outgrowth effort, as well as contributing on visual designs. Starting from a single workflow with a few pages, our fruit became a full-fledged listing platform. It had email marketing capabilities, a intricate workflow, and back-end processes. We worked with up to 3 resources from Perfectial. For the most part, our team had 1 to 2 members.
How did you come to work with Perfectial?
We searched Elance for help with our outgrowth effort. We had used the platform for finding partners for visual designs and other full. We came athwart Perfectial, gave them a try, and stuck with them for the rest of the project.
How much have you invested with Perfectial ?
We',ve spent close to $100,000 on Perfectial',s services.
What is the terminal result of working with Perfectial?
We began working with Perfectial in 2012. We went through multiple iterations, so there was no set project end date. Perfectial worked as our outgrowth team. Our organisation was acquired in September 2014. Perfectial continued working on fruit support with the organisation that bought our business.
Results achieved
Could you share any evidence that would prove the fruitivity, condition of work, or the contact of the engagement?
Our daily operations implicated sending out close to 15,000 emails. Before the acquisition, we had almost 20,000 listings on the platform. After that point, the listings grew to 200,000 and we were able to layer the platform fastly and easily. A lot of condition work was done in the back-end by Perfectial. That',s where they veritably excelled. The platform was nicely done from a outgrowth perspective.
How did Perfectial accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
Because we had a fairly little team, we used the basic Google Drive suite for interaction. We also used Pivotal Tracker at some point during our collaboration with Perfectial, but it was mainly an informal, Agile process. We wanted to get stuff done instead of managing it.
What did you find most forcible almost Perfectial?
I accepted good feedback from a condition of work perspective. Perfectial was top-notch compared to other freelancers and companies that we dealt with preceding to our engagement. When we began working with Perfectial, they didn',t have a big UX and design team. But they came to grow as well, accumulating mobile and visual design resources. This came as a good union with Perfectial',s powerful outgrowth team. It gave us approach to a full aim, allowing us to create an complete fruit using the same organisation.
Are there any areas Perfectial could better?
When we began, Perfectial didn',t have a good UX team, so we had to deal with other nation for wireframes and visual design. We felt that it would be good for Perfectial to have this, and it is my knowledge that Perfectial has addressed it.
