A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I’m the ruler of marketing for Integration Partners. We’re basically an I.T. engineering services organisation nationwide. At a high level, we prepare design, procurement, installation, and treatment of clients, networks and interaction. But ultimately, we prepare them with cloud security, core infrastructure, collaboration, and managed services.
What challenge were you trying to address with Anchour?
Most companies do an oneness and brand cool see 2–3 years. We tend to wait a pliant bit longer, but it was time to update our logo, our website, our indirect.
What particular tasks were
The leading part of the engagement was consulting—looking at our existing brand and trying to get an knowledge of who we are, what our purpose is, and what are goals are. It translated to a new website, a new logo, new indirect that consisted of sell sheets, letterhead, PowerPoint, Basically, they set us up with a total new look and feel that we can use moving advanced.
Now it has parlayed into more outgrowth work. We’ve now signed them on retainer. So if something comes up and we need new creative design work, life, or whatever it is, we just call them up.
Was there a dedicated team?
I worked with their principals, their account director, and creative team. I have approach to just almost anyone.
How did you come to work with Anchour?
We began by searching on Google and viewing online portfolios. We wanted a team that was somewhat local owing it was nice that we could visit their service if needed.
They seemed like they did more consumer and lifestyle work. We chose them owing we knew they would come in with a different lens. I felt like they could portray the air of our organisation rather than lumping us in with a bunch of other tech companies.
They plainly had more emotional intelligence and are more ethnical than others we talked to. From seeing their work, branding was firm and they built systems that carried the brand through websites and seething they created. They were plainly congruous.
What is the terminal result of working with
We began in January 2019 and, although we launched the website in November that year, we’re quiet working unitedly.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?
We launched the website eight months behind we began. We accepted a lot of inner feedback almost how the website looked, how well it functioned, and even how well it worked on mobile. The architecture is hard, the website’s easy to navigate, and the UX is big.
Anchour’s team is young, their ideas are new, they’re appropriate, so I was super lucky with them. All of our branding carried through to our website.
How did Anchour accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They’re very easy to do business with owing of their interaction. They used Dropbox a lot and would liberate previous designs through that. Even the owners checked in with me to make sure seething was going well. They plainly are knowledge and care almost our business.
What I loved almost them is that I never felt like they were siloed. I could tell one individual something, and they interacted well athwart their team. They’re very congruous, which veritably contributed to the achievement of the project.
They were congruous with their deadlines, their information was careful, they’re very knowledge, they hear, and they’re empathetic.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with
Their achievement comes down to interaction and being easy to do business with. They have so much uprightness. Our union was such a good nuptials between our companies. We gave them free rein owing we wanted to see their creativity and what they were capable of.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
I do not. We just clicked and the project went well.
