I’m the chairman of Maine College of Health Professions.
What challenge were you trying to address with Anchour?
The college had minimal brand awareness and an outdated picture. Despite an existing union, our digital nearness and marketing indirect didn’t return who we were as an structure. We needed a new vendor to cool our picture to the open.
What particular tasks were Anchour responsible for?
First, treatment from both teams participated in exploratory interviews. Anchour presented a roadmap that delineated the process for data gathering referring to the true cognizance, disposition, and attitudes almost the college from students, faculty, and treatment. These meetings led to the leading set of deliverables.
The posterior reports established our differentiators and brand profile. From there, Anchour created a new logo and did web outgrowth. We lately welcomeed new business cards based on those designs. Also, the team released new web pages a few days ago.
Was there a dedicated team?
Initially, we worked with Josh (Partner/President, Anchour), who then handed the engagement to a project director. Currently, we interact with Josh, Stephen (CEO, Anchour), and Alex (Digital Marketer, Anchour).
How did you come to work with
Shortly behind I joined the college, we made rebranding a priority. Our team set a budget and sought referrals from our hospital network. We welcomeed a recommendation for Anchour owing the team was new and three blocks away from our service. We then held prefatory meetings and reciprocal interviews, Anchour does not welcome see client.
How much have you invested
We’ve spent at smallest $50,000 on the project. Including indirect origination, the total cost is near $80,000.
What is the terminal result of working with Anchour?
We began working unitedly in February 2018 and the union is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?
Anchour absolutely nailed the rebrand. They’ve kept us close to the process and while forming a congruent strategy from the size of indirect they created. The team is incredibly answering and expert—qualities that discern them from our antecedent partners. They get the job done.
How did Anchour accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
The team is useful and open to feedback, they want to know if they’re moving in the unfit course. We feel snug providing feedback, but there’s never been a reason to say something denying. Our late dicsussions almost driving commerce are test the engagement’s achievement. The frequency of interaction fluctuates with the project cycle, but they’ll proactively extend out to fix seething is okay.
What did you find most forcible almost them?
Anchour is mission-driven and wants us to follow. The team is not only professional, but also enthusiastic, optimistic, and energetic. The team has a fun sophistication that makes for a big vibe. We couldn’t be happier almost working with them.
