What challenge were you trying to address with Cohere?
We wanted to use Cohere to help us come up with a full branding and marketing strategy for a new outgrowth we are edifice in the city of Philadelphia.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
Cohere supported us with branding, naming, logo, and positioning. They made different pieces of creative, website, banners, and a very forward-thinking take on a flyer or book on the edifice for nation who visit it. The team also developed our website. They came up with overarching ideas for staging the edifice and events to market it further.
What is the team compound?
The CEO is always implicated and knows what',s happening, which is big. We also have a dedicated account executive. The business outgrowth resource helps us get all done on the frontend including the statement of work and contract. On the creative side, I have a direct point of touch and work with the creative ruler who oversees all the work. A few younger resources are implicated as well, but I don',t interact with them straightly.
How did you come to work with Cohere?
I',ve known the CEO and have admired Cohere’s work from afar for a while. Having seen their interesting and creative work in the real lands space, they seemed like the right nation to promise for our out-of-the-box ideas for this project. They were the only ones we interviewed. We were pleased with their throw, so we hired them.

We',ve spent about $30,000.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
We',ve been working unitedly since June 2018.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
We just began the pre-leasing of the project, so it',s too soon to prepare a direct comparison to antecedent edifice releases. Qualitatively, I',ve heard nothing but powerfully real feedback on the naming, branding, and positioning of the fruit and the edifice. To me, the input we',ve accepted speaks volumes as it’s coming from all types of nation rather than ones who would just tell me what I want to hear.
How did Cohere accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
Cohere manages the project well and hits all their deadlines. Typically, the fruits they liberate are 95%–100% percent careful to what I want. Our collaboration requires minimal back and forth, if any. We use email and Google Documents to adjoin.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
Real lands tends to be a fairly undestroyed sector from a marketing perspective, especially condo marketing outside major cities. Cohere brings a new, new, different, and exciting centre to the table. Their work has been a respiration of new air. They’ve establish creative ways to market real lands besides just pointing out renderings or finishes.

My advice is to hear closely to their suggestions. Even if their ideas sound a pliant far-fetched, don',t banish them out of hand.
